Greetings and happy almost 4th of July. This newsletter is coming to you from a travel writer who's not just sitting behind a desk all day. That's me above in Joshua Tree National Park recently. Hat by Craghoppers, sun hoody and shorts by Kuhl, shoes by Propet, camera by Panasonic Lumix.
Indpendence Day is not a "change of season" sale period like some of the others, but it's still an excuse for a big sale. Online retailers know by now which summer items are hot sellers and which are not, so they're already starting to put things on the clearance rank. Add in the items for cooler places and shoes that work all year and you've got plenty to pick from.
So celebrate your freedom while you've still got it and gear up for your next adventure.
